Ever get that craving for chocolate? It happens at like, the most random times right? And you have to have it. Well, you don’t have to but you want it. What sounds better than some warm brownies!? But who really wants to get up and make them, like really.
It would be WAY easier if there was a really easy recipe with ingredients you probably already have. That’s right, time for a super easy (and quick!) chocolate brownie recipe.
Here’s what you’ll need:
D R Y
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/3 cup + 2 and 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
W E T
3/4 cup veg oil
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Got everything? Let’s do this shit.
First things first, pick a cute mixing bowl + measuring cups, because it makes you feel good when your baking utensils look good. You feel me? You can click and shop my fav baking goodies below!
OK. Back to work.
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Butter your baking dish (I used 7×11 but you could use 9×9 or 13×9 – -it will only change the thickness of your brownies)
In a medium bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined. (Set aside)
In a small bowl, mix your veg oil, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix well until combined. Then add your eggs to this bowl and mix.
Slowly add your bowl of wet ingredients to your dry ingredient mixture.
MIX MIX MIX
Pour the batter into your pan.
Then, bake for about 25-30 minutes or until your toothpick/knife comes out clean!
There you go! Enjoy babes!
