I know you guys love Christmas. And I KNOW you guys love home decor. So why not put both of your favorite things in one post?
Yes my friends, it’s time for some Christmas Home Decor.
I didn’t go too crazy this year when decorating my home. I wanted it to be cozy with some festive touches, rather than deck my home out. We have a tree, and I decorated the mantle and a couple other places too. But honestly, a fire going in my fireplace is the finishing touch to any of my decorating.
A couple of my favorite places to shop?
CostPlus World Market
Marshalls, TJ Maxx & HomeGoods
Amazon (Yes, they have home decor.)
Below are a couple shots of my abode along with lists of where I got the items from!
Let’s start with my living room! My favorite place to hang out and enjoy coffee dates every morning with my husband.
Our couch is from…. COSTCO! No, seriously it’s so comfortable and it was really affordable.
My pillows and blanket are from Target. I could only find two of the pillows online, but you can shop them below:
The books on my coffee table are actually from the Dollar Store, except for the Kat Von D book. Want to know an easy DIY? Buy Dollar Store books and paint them white. They look amazing on coffee tables, nightstands, or bookshelves.
I get so many questions about the prints on my wall! The prints are from an Etsy shop called Posterable. They are amazing quality and they will even do a custom map of any city for you! Mine are size 24×36 and I just placed them in some cool vintage frames from Hobby Lobby.
My side tables are a DIY I did a couple years back, where I painted some side tables white and then covered the top with marble contact paper. I followed this tutorial!
This TV stand was a HUGE score from HomeGoods. I’m not sure how I found something so perfect, but I did. And I bought it right away.
These stockings are from Target and you can find them here! The stocking holders are also from Target, and I actually got them from the $3 section (which is only available in stores.)
Once again, my books are from the Dollar Store, and the candle is from Marshalls. It’s the Midnight Rose & Cedar Candle by the Haven Street Candle Co. I was able to find it online for you guys here!
The mirror was another random find from Marshalls. I’m telling you, they have so many good things if you just check every once in a while. Timing is everything with stores like that.
You will never guess where this adorable copper cocktail shaker is from!
…….. Home Depot! What? Right. I couldn’t find the exact one online, but here is one just like it. Honestly, I’m a wine drinker so I don’t use it much, but it looks cute right?
My little plant is from IKEA. These are one of my favorite things to buy from IKEA and I have a ton of them around my home. Here is the plant, and here is the little pot for it.
The cookbook is from Southern Living and the easel it’s on is from Hobby Lobby. And no, I haven’t made those Duchess Potatoes yet but I stare at them every morning while I make my coffee wondering why I haven’t yet.
Last but not least, is our little dining nook!
This table was the perfect size for what we needed, and it’s from Amazon! You can find it here and it’s perfect for a small family. It has 4 stars on Amazon and it truly is a great quality for the price. I have two additional chairs that I’m waiting for in the post, and I really think it will brighten up the place and give us some stylish additional seating.
My cake stand is from Target. My exact one isn’t available anymore but here are a couple to choose from that are super similar.
The map print was actually given to us as a gift, but here are some from Overstock to choose from. Not only does it look great, but it is such an amazing conversation piece to have.
I have raved about the letter boards in my gift guide & favorites, and I’ll rave about them again. But once again, I’ll show that you can get it here, from Joann’s. If you don’t have one yet, you should definitely get one!
And there you go, many more of these posts to come.
P.S. Let me know if there is anything else you see that you’re curious where I got it from. I buy so much home decor, it’s hard to keep track of where I got everything from…
