Usually, I’m dreading Monday but the day after Easter is always different. I feel more at peace and thankful than I ever have! I hope you spent your Easter with your family and friends and that you had as great of a weekend as I did.
It was a busy one for me, for sure. But I love busy.
We started the weekend going to North Carolina to visit my father-in-law. Let me tell you, you HAVE to visit Wilmington! It is the cutest (and most photogenic) town + You will love it if you love One Tree Hill considering that’s where it was filmed.
So, we spent the weekend there but I HAD to get back Sunday to be able to go this event I have been planing to go to for the longest time.
When I first heard about the Market for Makers event, I knew I wanted to go.
When I found out it it was being held in the same venue as my wedding, I knew I had to go.
As I mentioned in my ‘The Best Day’ post, The Glass Factory is the most unique venue I have seen in Jacksonville. The owner, Kara, is incredible and the space is so open and inviting. Not to mention, they have the Engine 15 brewery attatched.
This market was held in the perfect place. The venue has so much room that the stands were evenly spread out and there was plenty of room to navigate between vendors. We were even able to bring our sweet 4-month old great dane puppy Pheobe!
Vendors ranged from Bold Bean Coffee to the Tipsy Gardener. Food trucks, juice bars, and yes, PHOTO WALLS. This market did not disappoint.
Check out some photos from the event below!
SO. MANY LETTER BOARDS. (I am obsessed.)
Get ready for these PHOTO WALLS!
And check out the goodies I got! These are from Bloom Wolf Studio and I couldn’t resist!
If the Market for Makers comes to your town you HAVE to check it out!
I hope you all have an amazing week and as always, talk to you soon! x
